  • My session fee for 60-minute individual therapy is $175. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service. I provide a medical invoice for out-of-network services that can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • It depends. In-person therapy allows the client and therapist full access to non-verbal communication, which can support rapport and engagement. On the other hand, virtual sessions can be more convenient and accessible for some clients. We can discuss your needs at the free consultation call.

  • Most clients meet for 55-60 minute sessions weekly, at least initially. Session length and frequency can be negotiated as the therapeutic relationship is established, on a case-by-case basis.

  • I will be facilitating an online Autism Therapy Support Group for young adults in the fall of 2026. It will consist of 8 sessions on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9:00 pm starting October 7. The total cost will be $200. Use the contact feature on the website to request additional details.
